Philosophy: My clinical skills include psychodynamic therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), and several models of couples and family therapy. My style is open, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I often use the therapeutic relationship as a test case and a laboratory through which to explore the client's other relationships. |
|
Practice: There are times when we feel we have fallen behind on our goals and plans. Therapy can be a powerful tool for change. It can help you develop better ways of coping, and use your strengths and resources to find solutions to life's challenges. My specialty is working with individuals, couples, and families who experience difficulties or encounter roadblocks, by addressing their relationships with others in their lives. I work with my clients on issues such as handling conflicts, power struggles, intimacy, and communication. |
