Philosophy: As we learn to see ourselves and our partners without distortions and judgements, anger is transformed into compassion. Fear dissolves into acceptance, allowing us to be fully present and alive to experience joy and happiness. |
|
Practice: I offer compassionate understanding and support for individuals, couples and families in a safe and comfortable environment. I have successfully helped many people find relief from anxiety and depression and to improve their relationships.
I utilize an eclectic mix of styles including Cognitive Behavioral, Interpersonal Process, Experiential and Family Systems, blended with mindfulness and reflection. In this practical approach to growth and healing, obstacles and challenges can become opportunities for growth and fulfillment, while confusion and emotional pain become clarity and wisdom. The process gently but effectively removes hidden beliefs and old traumas. It increases resonance and expands your capacity to enjoy being together, making it so much easier to solve problems and work together as a unit once again.
