Philosophy: Therapy is a collaboration between the therapist and the individual or couple, where barriers to change can be explored and challenged. Each individual's personal history deserves understanding and respect, and is used to help identify how unhealthy patterns developed. A focus on the here-and-now allows the individual or couple to explore feelings and thoughts and to make behavioral changes that will enhance their relationship.

|
Practice: I provide individual, group, couples and family therapy with a focus on the relational issues that interfere with open communication. I have practiced as a clinical psychologist for over 25 years in inpatient, outpatient, residential, and private practice settings, and have provided supervision, training and consultation. |
