Education:
Ed.D from West Virginia University in

Philosophy:
I prefer to de-mystify therapy, recognizing that all people have circumstances and situations that are troublesome at times and strategically designing a plan that is consistent with one's goals. Blending conventional and alternatives approaches, I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I work with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals.

Practice:
Since "one size doesn't fit all" it is important to tailor the treatment to the individual..their concerns, their style. I have an extensive background in treating panic/anxiety, depression, phobias,OCD,and relationship concerns. Feeling anxious, tearful, or out-of step? There are effective solutions to these exhausting emotions. Solution-focused, short-term therapy is primarily focused in the here-and- now, is very effective and cost efficient.
